You have a business to run and no time to furnish an office space. Waterford Executive Centre will take that problem off your hands. We offer furnished office space, in the very heart of Naples, which will suit even those with the most demanding tastes.
Our two-story building was designed by attorneys Richard and Kevin Lyons to the highest standard of professionalism.
Each of the 20 office suites is a perimeter space, meaning each has a window to flood the area with natural light. The interior of the office suite itself, consists of a main executive office and an adjacent workstation for your administrative assistant to work in comfort. Extensive soundproofing means all conversations held within the offices remain private.
High-end furnishings
All office suites are appointed by an interior designer with mahogany furniture and leather seating and the soothing wall color and upscale window treatments set just the right tone for your firm. Should you wish to bring your antique desk or drafting table, office suites are offered unfurnished as well.
An on-site kitchen features granite countertops, raised panel cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and is the perfect place to keep items for a breakfast buffet, working lunch or even chilled champagne awaiting a celebration. Full catering services are also available.
Latest technology
Technology is at the forefront here at Waterford Executive Centre. All tenants receive, as part of their tenancy package, fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, a unified digital communication system that consolidates email, voicemail and faxes, complete teleconferencing and webinar capabilities, use of a color copier/fax/scanner to reproduce important documents and cable TV.
Choice of conference rooms
To host your important meetings, Waterford Executive Center has an expansive corporate boardroom with an 18-foot cupola from which hangs a crystal chandelier. The room also features a flat screen TV and seating for 14. A trio of smaller conference rooms is also available for more intimate one-in-one meetings.

Common areas at Waterford Executive Centre exceed those of other commercial spaces with a full 50 percent of the building dedicated to the welcoming lobby, staffed reception area and hallways graced with framed photos of Waterford, Ireland, the building’s namesake city. From the time your clients drive to the centre, with its easy access to I-75 and US 41, and enter the double glass doors,
you will have made a very favorable first impression.
