Our beautiful two-story building offers 20 all-perimeter roomy office suites, with workstations adjacent to the main office for your assistant or intern. All have large windows to shed natural light on your work and are appointed with mahogany furniture and leather executive chairs. Suites are also available unfurnished if you want to bring along your favorite drafting table.
Choice of conference rooms
The corporate boardroom, with its flat screen TV and huge table with seating for 14, is dramatic. With an 18-foot cupola and crystal chandelier, it is the perfect setting to lay all your plans before your biggest clients. Three smaller conference rooms for one-on-on meetings are also available.
Cutting edge technology
Technology was at the forefront of the developers’ minds when they conceived the center. Fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, a unified digital communication system (consolidating voice mail, email and fax, all with remote access), complete teleconferencing and webinar capabilities and cable TV are all part of the tenancy package. A color copier, fax and scanner also stand ready to reproduce your
