Choice of conference rooms
Located in the heart of Bonita Springs, Waterford Executive Centre offers rental of our four conference room spaces to professionals other than our tenants when there is an opening on our schedule. The corporate boardroom boasts an 18-foot high cupola highlighted by a flat screen TV and stunning chandelier, the light of which falls on a large table with seating for 14. Three smaller conference rooms
are also available for our tenants’ use or for outside rental. An on-site kitchen makes providing a lunch meeting buffet or wine and cheese for a seminar a simple matter. Full catering is also available.
Cutting edge technology
You can count on cutting-edge technology at Waterford Executive Centre as well. Lighting fast fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi are available, as are complete teleconferencing and webinar capabilities and cable TV. A color copier/scanner/fax unit will handle all your document reproduction needs and our tenants have use of a unified digital communications system (consolidating voice mail, email and
fax) with remote access.
Turnkey office suites
Tenants also occupy our 20 professionally decorated all-perimeter office suites with executive offices and adjacent workstations for an administrative assistant. All the office suites are appointed with mahogany furniture and leather seating and high-end window treatments. Common areas make up more than 50% of all the space at the Centre, with a welcoming lobby, a staffed reception area and hallways
adorned with framed photographs of Ireland, the ancestral home of the developers, Richard and Kevin Lyon, setting an elegant ambiance.
